Our first Continental Pheasant Shoot of the season is coming up Sunday, October 26th. I still have some stands available, but need to know soon if you would like one. Don’t forget that two of you can split a stand.

Jeff Marshall has this started female Irish Setter available for $400. She is about a year old and has had extensive training for field work. Contact Jeff at 217 370 6176 for all the information and set up a time to see her in action.

I have a nice 6 hole dog trailer for sale. This is a very lightweight fiberglass trailer that has been maintained in very nice condition. Sandy Run’s 2025-2026 upland bird season will open up Saturday, October 4th. Good news, bird prices will remain the same as last season.

Just need the temperature to drop 30 degrees and little more moisture to improve the hunting conditions. But, if you need to get your dog a some field work before your trip out west, we will have some fields and birds ready for you.
