Kevin Diekroeger and I took out his setter Penny and my German Wirehaired Pointing Lab, Sol to find some quail coveys. We found some coveys back in the pasture field and had a blast busting the coveys and knocking down some more singles. Good dog work and some fun, tough shooting in the pasture brush.
